I have extensive experience with various research methods for both discovering challenges to pursue as well as evaluating products and services to create improved experiences. Research methods include both qualitative and quantitative approaches to define problems, uncover insights, and validate hypotheses.

Activities: Research planning, participant recruiting, discussion guides, user interviews, observational studies, contextual inquiries, product testing, quantitative analysis, and insights synthesis.

PRODUCT & EXPERIENCE DESIGN

I have experience translating requirements into tangible products and experiences that can be further tested and integrated on. I am skilled at many physical, digital, and operational prototyping tools for low and high fidelity.

Activities: Brainstorm facilitation, sketching, digital prototyping, wireframing, interaction design, 3D modeling, journey mapping, service blueprinting, visual mockups, product development, functional prototyping.

BRANDING & GRAPHIC DESIGN

I create visually compelling and engaging assets that will clearly communicate an organization’s offerings and values while maintaining a professional appearance.
